Brian Boppre, Senior Attorney at Boppre Law Firm

BRIAN BOPPRE | SENIOR ATTORNEY

Brian has over sixteen years working in the financial services sector prior to attending Law School later in life. Brian has his Juris Doctor from the University Of North Dakota School of Law, a Master of Science in Management from Friends University, Wichita, Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from New School for Social Research, New York, New York. Brian became a licensed attorney in North Dakota in July, 2014 and has his own law firm, Boppre Law Firm, PLLC, in Minot, ND.    

Brian is a nine-year U.S. Navy veteran who specialized in chemical and radiation technology, before working in a commercial nuclear power plant. He has been an active member in past civic organizations and he has served on boards such as the International Peace Garden, local and statewide Economic Development Boards, among others.

Brian is proud to be an honorary commander for the Minot Air Force Base. 

Brian and Deb have been happily married for over 32 years. Together they have two children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, Brian enjoys BBQing with his family, riding his motorcycle with his wife, and playing with his grandchildren.

Kelli Stone, Boppre Law Firm

KELLI STONE | LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Kelli is employed as a Legal Administrative Assistant. Her primary responsibilities include clerical tasks, scheduling conferences and appointments for clients and assisting with our law firm's various needs. She is a 2014 graduate of Minot High School and is currently earning her degree as a Paralegal. 

In her spare time, Kelli enjoys cooking, the gym, and spending her Sundays at the Nodak Speedway cheering on her boyfriend from the stands.

Brayda, Boppre Law Firm of Minot, ND

BRAYDA DICKERSON | OFFICE MANAGER

Brayda is a Minot native and graduated from Minot High School in 2007. She attended Minot State University in the Fall of 2007 where she studied English and Art History. She is currently pursuing a degree in Paralegal Studies.

Brayda’s duties include ensuring an efficient and smooth office flow. She Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. 

In her spare time, Brayda enjoys reading, cooking, and spending the weekends at the lake with her fiance and dog.

Aimee, Boppre Law Firm

AIMEE DUCHSHERER WILLIAMSON | PARALEGAL

Aimee Duchsherer Williamson is a paralegal at Boppre Law Firm. She researches legal questions and issues and drafts documents under the direction of our attorney. She currently primarily works remotely out of Grand Forks where her husband, Stephen, attends law school at the University of North Dakota. 

Aimee is a North Dakota native. She and her husband both attended Minot State University where they received Bachelor of Arts degrees in history. She then attended the University of North Dakota and graduated with a Master’s degree in history as well. 

Outside of the firm, Aimee also teaches online history courses for Dakota College at Bottineau. In her spare time, Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband and stepdaughter, reading, practicing yoga, and cooking.
