COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Here at Boppre Law Firm, we take pride in getting involved with our local Minot community. We strive to volunteer for events that will make an impact in our neighborhoods and surroundings. Below are some of our recent volunteer events:

SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM IN THE PARK

The Summer Lunch Program is a wonderful event put on by Minot Public Schools at various parks throughout Minot. You can check on Minot Public School’s Facebook page where they are going to be that week. MPS ensures they are serving a nutritious meal each time to all kids throughout the summer for free! Adults can eat for $3 per meal. We thought this was such a great program and loved the idea of not only sponsoring this program, but volunteering as well.

MAGIC DAY OF GIVING

Magic Day of Giving is the largest single-day community service event completed by Minot residents. Volunteer teams of all ages from businesses, service clubs and organizations are able to come together by signing up and completing their own chosen community service project or by completing a project that has been submitted by the community. Volunteers will spend no more than two hours raking, painting, washing windows, helping nursing home residents, improving local parks and more while giving back to the Magic City. Below is a past photo of Boppre Law Firm and others volunteering in this event by cleaning up trash from the ditches in Minot.

MILITARY APPRECIATION DAY AT THE ZOO

We most definitely appreciate our service members in Minot, North Dakota! That is why this was a great way to volunteer, but also show our appreciation. Military Appreciation Day offers free lunch to all military families, admission to the Roosevelt Park Zoo, Swimming at Roosevelt Park Pool, ice skating at the Maysa Arena, and 9 free holes of golf at the Souris Valley Golf Course. Below is a photo of Boppre Law Firm and others volunteering with handing out lunch to the military families.
